Anyone have any helpful resources in leasing out property for hunting? I own ~42 acres in south Texas currently not being used, and am looking into possibly turning it into a hunting lease.

How does that work? Is it all private? what about liability etc?

Yes. You need a good Release of Liability that your hunter needs to sign. You should also carry recreation policy insurance. You should also get you a hunting lease drawn up that covers liability, what game to be hunted, amount you want for the lease, and when you want it etc.
