Anyone know what's being done at what looks to be the Aransas County Veterans Memorial Park? Big crane and they are clearing a large pad. I assume they are adding infrastructure to the park? (Assuming I tagged that location correctly)

I will answer my own post. It's not in the park so I saw that incorrectly. Drove by it again and they are building a new Art Center in conjunction with a federal government grant.
