What type(s) of business(es) would you invest in, purchase or open on Galveston Island if you were so inclined? What makes money, would be fun and/or is underserved on the island?

Conversely, what would you stay away from due to demographics, over saturation, thin margins, etc.?

This is only a brainstorming session so not looking to get into financing and other details at this point just understanding market a little better for now.
