I like Bryan Smith....used to drink a few beers with him at the Surf Club. It bothers me that he was unfaithful to his fiance and that Mauricio Celis had Bryan Smiths personal phone number on his cel, and handed it to a cop.....as if smith owed him a favor or something. Bryan Smith has a dark side, like every other high ranking law enforcement official in South Texas.
