While on the island yesterday, I did manage to someone riding a bike with a case of Heineken strapped to the rack above the rear wheel. It was the moment of humor in a pretty dismal experience. Unfortunately I was in my car and couldn't take a picture.

How'd you get on the island yesterday? And how was your house?

As for our house, we were 4 inches from having water in it. That's not an exaggeration either. AC compressor toast because it wasn't as high as our house. Insulation underneith was soaked from water so it fell down, but needed to be replaced anyway. 1 of the gutters fell down, and then traditional yard damage. One of only 5 houses (all elevated at least 6 feet from street) on our street not to have water in it.
