The extended family was supposed to stay on SPI the third week of August. However the condos we were going to stay in are out until November. Anyone have any recommendations for a clean, decent reasonably priced place in any of these areas?

Check out Fortuna Bay Bed and Breakfast. Nice place, on the water (Corpus Christi). Condos are on a canal and not far from the beach. Very well worth the money.

Tell the owner that his Aggie buddy (used to be on the board with him) sent some more folks his way.

I'll second that on Fortuna Bay...that's where I will be living for a while until (and if) my house gets sold in New Braunfels.
