I am looking for a place to rent in the CC area that has a yard for my dog and a garage for my stuff. I will be moving in the middle of May and was hoping to find a place for 6 months to a year while I find a house to buy.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to live on the island...I'll send you a pic of the house next door to me. It's about 1,850 sf and has a nice sized back yard.

2 Ags side by side...I can see this working when I need someone to travel to CS for the games.

Check the Kings Crossing area. I rented a little condo on Ocean Drive a few years back, but no yard for the dog.

Things are calming down on my end, sort of. I have been back to college station every weekend since the middle of May except for the two consecutive weekends that my inlaws came to town.
