Looking at mapquest..looks like the 3 options are CS to Victoria and from there Sinton to Port A on 181, Tivoli to Port A on 774, or Refugio to Port A on 136. Mapquest shows all 3 to be within 10 minutes of each other time wise, but again its mapquest. Any suggestions.

last time I took Tivoli to PA it took forever--traffic was a nightmare in Rockport---and it was spring break, which I am assuming you are going at spring break? I usually go Victoria to Refugio then through Bayside--maybe the route is better now -that was a couple of years ago

Refugio and then through Bayside is the way to go.

I go down 35 just because my parents live in AP, and it seems faster to me.
