The whole deregulated utility company thing is new to me. I've always lived in places with municipally-owned utilities. Honestly, the number of options is overwhelming. So please give me some recommendations for utilities or some ideas about how to make the choice. Thanks!

+1 for energy ogre. I've moved 3x I'm 18 months and couldn't be happier with service. They handle it all from shopping, to enrolling to setting up bill pay.

I have never heard of energy ogre. I retired from the military and moved back to Texas and we are building our final home now. I may have to look into this! Thanks for sharing.
