Today I noticed that the new Collin Street Bakery Express in Tyler is now open at the old Cafe Tazza location on Old Bullard. They said that the soft opening was yesterday with the official opening being sometime close to July. The cookie selection is fairly small at the moment, but the menu choices (sandwiches, etc.) looked halfway decent.
