I can't think of any specific apartment names, but towne lake has some nice townhomes.

Also, look into Bramlette Place townhomes and there is quiet a few townhomes off of Dundee road. There is a nice set of townhomes on Tryon Road South of 259. My brother lives in Stone Creek Townhomes, they are really nice. For apartments I recommend looking at Oak Hollow, Saddle Brook, and Summer Brook. One of those is pretty new, I'm not sure which one it is, but they are all close to each other. Also, there is a brand new complex on Hawkins Parkway behind Longview High School, but I don't remember the name.
