Have any of you eaten at The Lucky Charms in Carthage? The name is almost as awesome as the food. For example, I had 2 fried pork chops, squash, broccoli & cheese casserole, yams and mac & cheese. I washed all I could eat (abolut half) down with some homemade lemonade. All in all, I would say my lunch was about 13,942 calories.

It is by far the best thing Carthage has going for it.

Eaten there several times - it is greatness.

I always feel like I should go to the ER afterwards. Get you some of that "hot wata conebread"

Never had a bad meal there.

I am always a little nervous to eat inside though...There is no way that place has passed an inspection in years.

It's one of those places someone would have to take you to because you would never stop there on your own!

It is awesome!

Excellent! I've eaten there a couple times. I love the decor and ambiance also. Out here in Oregon, you couldn't give good food away if it was made in a house like that. They could clean up out here w/ food like that. If you like Lucky Charms, try Fugler's Feed Trough out near Lake Murvaul. The fried shrimp are excellent, great burgers, steaks etc.
