anyone go from down here?

I was at the game. We looked a little shaky at times giving up some big yardage plays. They moved the ball a little easier than what I would have hoped for. Offense looked good, not great but we did get Martellus involved and finally threw some to Taylor. Lane did really get the opportunity to run over anyone this game. Mark Dodge had a very good game and was all over the field. If he has a good year he might be looked at by some NFL teams. There was an article in the Eagle that says he is hanging them up after this year though. Peterson fumbled one punt return which leaves me worried again this year in that department. I think we take one or two to the house this year on kickoff returns. After the last touchdown we had an all 12th Man kick off unit and State had their best return. I guess the guys were a little to excited and overran their converage areas. All in all a good experience and more fans, approximately 79,500, than I expected. I hope we can make the needed adjustments and settle down for Fresno State.

From the little highlights I saw on FSN, they look ok, but i'm sure it could have been much much worse.

I'm gonna put my maroon colored glasses on and drink the kool-aid for now. Look on the bright side.. at least we're ranked higher than Michigan.
