This is a non-political question but Dan Patrick mentioned Weslaco 2-3 times today and pronounced it wes-Lay-co. I have only heard Wes-luh-co. Which is it because the Gov Lite should know that.

It was a Covid press conference and he was talking about the number of cases in the LRGV. I'm not a fan but just thought a Lt. Gov should know how to pronounce it, especially since he probably has his eye on Gov.
