What's a good hotel on SPI, for a weekend getaway for the wife and I?

I'd like beachfront, clean, & modern.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Pearl last year.

I would use Tripadvisor for the most current guest reviews.

Our favorite hotel on the island is The Palms. Not modern, but recently updated and reasonably priced. And the Cafe is our favorite breakfast/brunch spot. No views of the beach, but we don't spend much time in the room when we're at the island anyhow.

That's our usual breakfast place.
