It's a church retreat center thing, if I am identifying it correctly. And ...I cannot for the life of me remember who is the guy behind the project.
It's called The Way Retreat Center. I'm pretty sure it was Mike LaMonica behind it.

As I understood it, it's a retreat center with about a dozen bungalows for couples and a main event center. It likely will be available for renting.
