Whoops! Thanks. I'm looking to buy in Midland, leaning towards the northern half.

I'm assuming since you have a realtor she has told you to be pre-approved already. We had to look higher than we originally intended, but everything worked out, and that was over the holidays/into February. I'm sure there's a lot more on the market now since it's not around Christmas.

The area on the NW side of the loop is nice, but pricier. When you find the house you want, put in an offer ASAP, but don't feel pressured. Be sure it is what you want.

Greentree - west of Midland drive, north of 250. Golf Course with older homes.
Many nice houses from early 1980s to brand new.

Thanks for the advice so far! Looked at some houses lately, I really like the Fairmont neighborhood behind home depot inside the loop. I don’t have a time frame, but I’m starting month to month at my apartment starting in the next month or two. So don't want to wait too long.
