Damn. That's crazy. Midland was on the local news here in Houston yesterday for the icy conditions and traffic accidents. Y'all stay safe! And hopefully the ice starts to melt because I'm flying into MAF later tonight

Yeah it took me close to an hour to defrost. The only "tool" I had was a plastic hanger. Never thought to put an ice scraper in the work truck.

The communities of Midkiff and St. Lawrence just got power back today (Wednesday). It's been off since Saturday night / Sunday morning.

The external window of my office is now "security" glass due to sleeting. My boss has been here over 40 years, this has never happened before!
My car is the one in the far upper right hand corner.

I was driving into work in Odessa this morning and when I hit JBS and south of 2nd street it looks like a winter wonderland. Tiny snowflakes (I guess) covering everything in about a 1/8" layer. Look really nice on the few pine trees I saw. Sorry no pics yet.

Watch out on the sidewalks!
