About $92/sf, he's got it priced to sell. Most will think it needs updating, but at that price you've got room to do it. Fully updated homes in Midland are going for about $120+/sf right now. Fully updated, that house could sell for $410,000. Good neighborhood too.

I thought my 3000 sf house was big for the neighborhood, but I guess you need 3300 for a decent 5 BR/4 BA.

Sold a few days ago.
