Looking at UrbanSpoon, Brick & Mortar looks pretty good. Anyone familiar and more recs please?

B&M appeared to be closed. I walked around for about 30 minutes, finally found Oasis Bistro and had a really good smoked panini. Downtown seems to roll up at 5:00.

Next time, hit up 501 Bistro. Great food and atmosphere. Aggie owned.

Their website is expired. Couldn't really tell if they were open. Had some beers at Camino Real bar, which had a great Cuban band, and then ate at The Garden, very good food and really cool atmosphere.

Gringos from out of town may not be ready for Chico's, especially the green sauce.

Chico's is fantastic, but if you're not an EP native, you won't get what all the hype is about.

While I love me some Chico's, there's not one in downtown AFAIK. I would likely go someplace more upscale.
