I'm no expert on this stuff, but it looks like you're using the < and > brackets instead of the square brackets -- you're doing it the way pics are posted on Rivals message boards, which doesn't work on Texags.

To post here, start out with [ img ], only take out the spaces....

then have your pic file's URL

then close with [ / img ], but again take out the spaces

it will look like this ... (hope this works ... sometimes I still screw things up...)
