Saturday the 18th is the last day at the West Texas Fair and Rodeo and your last chance this year to cook french fries at the fair with the Abilene Aggies - this 60+ year tradition is the primary source of our local scholarship money that we utilize to fund the 15 or so scholarships we have in place each year.

it is hot,
and it is greasy,
and it is dusty and nasty
and it usually rains
but it is also a lot of fun

join us tonight Friday or tomorrow Saturday the 18th if you can

We were at the West Texas Fair for the steer show and my daughter had her annual heaping helping of Aggie Fries. She said they were every bit as wonderful as always.
