Does he have kids? Are they not interested or can they not afford it?

I'd love to do a dream place like that, but 95% of why I would do it is for the kids and grandkids. I would be heartbroken if I built it up like that and no one wanted it

We did some biological work on the Canadian River on that ranch. It was beautiful and the river was crystal clear.

I supplied building materials for the hangar and runway. That place is absolutely beautiful. Hopefully it will continue as a ranch!
