Very good...but a notch below V&A/Mortons level (in quality and price).

I prefer Kirby's in the Woodlands over Flemming's.

Nice outdoor area with a fireplace for drinking a glass of wine before the meal.

They do have a good wine selection.

Fleming's is partnered with AMEX rewards for those in the program. We use the gift certificates from that program to get an outstanding bottle of wine every so often.

It's better than Kirby's, but not as good as Perry's IMO for area steakhouses.

Fleming's is so good. That is my favorite place to go for a good steak.

In my opinion it's slighty better than Kirby's and WAY above Perry's. The Perry's in The Woodlands is awful - I have never had a good experience there.

I would say that they are about the same.

I've not been impressed with Perry's either...not for the prices.
