Ha. I did say Houston sucks. I was caught in a moment of pure city hate.

I love this city 9 months of the year and when I can find a batting cage that is not shut down. Thanks for the help!

If you dont mind going to HWY 6 and Dulles. Indoor batting cage called "Batters box". They have discounts for certain hours. Pretty reasonable, and you usually have the cage to yourself for about 15-30. Only bad thing is you reload your balls when the pitching machine is empty. But it is indoor and very nice.

There is a place in Pearland (on Cullen Road just south of the Beltway) called Line Drive Sports. www.ldshouston.com

As long as it isn't rush hour, you can get to 59/Kirby in about 20-25 minutes.
