I know there has to be, any suggestions?

My wife and I moved here recently from Casper, Wyoming where they had a Mongolian Grill that was awesome and I'm now addicted....

It's the kind of place that gives you a bowl, you put all your vegetables, meats, and sauces into it, then they throw it on an enormous grill (like a skillet) and cook it all together with soy sauce. (and now I'm drooling.....)

There is a pretty good place just as you explained on FM 1960 just east of Champions Forest Drive (on the NW side of Houston) It's called Mongolian Grill.

If you are south of town, there is a god one in the Clear Lake area (actually in Webster) called Hans Mongolian BBQ. It's on the Gulf Freeway at the Nasa Parkway (or FM 528) exit.

I just went to the one on 1960 last Thursday. It was one of the few places open after everyone evacuated. It was pretty good as well. I know that its not a "true" Momgolian BBQ, but I love the chain b.d.'s. They have two in Dalls but none in this area so far. I am actually going to Chicago next weekend and I'll be making a stop at the bd's in Naperville.

b.d. does have plans for Houston in the next year

The Mongolian Cafe on FM1960 at Greenwood Forest Drive (between Champion Forest and Steubner Airline/Veterans Memorial) is very good. Been there many times. Inexpensive too!
