Does anyone have a rec for someone who can help me out with some minor drywall repair and plane a door to accommodate a doorframe that has shifted due to a foundation shift? The foundation has been repaired, so now I need to get the cosmetic work done.

Maybe ask the foundation repair folks?

We had to repair the foundation in our new home and do this exact same thing this summer.

We used this guy for both the cosmetic repairs to or old home prior to putting on the market and the cosmetic repairs from the foundation repair in the new home. Great work at very reasonable price.

Anyone have a recommendation for a contractor/painter that can handle replacing trim in hallways & doorframes and paint my doors? Previous owners dog throught the trim was a chew toy.

Also, looking for someone who has experience with "german schmear" on fireplaces.
