I'm assuming you're trying to tie into a sewer main on a residential area. There is generally a requirement that sewer water has to enter sewer mains under gravity power only (you can't pressure pump the poo into the sewer).
Like all home related construction projects your biggest costs are going to be: digging, concrete, permitting, and waiting on inspection. I think you're in for at least 12-20k here.
