Does anyone know of an orthopedic that uses waterproof casts? I'm scheduled to get one tomorrow for a broken wrist but the place I'm going doesn't use waterproof material. The idea of going through august and September with a sponge on my arm soaking up sweat sounds miserable.

I'm not talking about a waterproof cover to shower. I'm talking about one that I can sweat in and then get straight in the shower with.

Dr Schupp at Houston Methodist did my son's cast and it was waterproof. He's great.
