Can anyone in Spring in the Rayford Road/Legends Ranch area provide a power status? CP map is useless, and the Whataburger app shows the Rayford/99 location still closed. Thanks in advance.

Drove thru their earlier. Street lights still out, but stores along Rayford are open (the McDonalds was closed). Not sure if the Legends Ranch neighborhood has power.
