I'm flying out of E. Parked in the A/B garage and went through security at A. I have no bags to check.

There is no Clear or TSA Precheck line. However, you will get a paper card to indicate you are precheck and can proceed through those channels once you get past the person who checks your ID.

The above terminal tram is running so getting to other terminals is working. Got from A to E quickly.

There food places open. United Club has food and cold beverages.

My experience is they usually shut down the dedicated TSA Pre line in the evening, so that seems normal.
