Any of you live in Pinehurst? I've looked at a few houses in Woodtrace and like the area. We're currently in the 249/Spring-Cypress area and want to get further north. Any thoughts?

We moved in WoodTrace 4 years ago and we absolutely love it! Make sure you do your research on taxes....they're higher than most expect.

All the amenities in Tomball are 10 mins away and we've been fairly pleased with the school. Great community and lots of kids/young families.

Thanks! Made an offer on a house in Woodtrace today. Two days on the market and they had multiple offers. Might have to keep looking...

We live a few miles further north in High Meadow Ranch. We love it out here. Would
love being a little closer to Tomball, but we traded proximity for an acreage lot. Elementary and MS schools we are zoned to are meh but our kids go to private school so it's almost a moot point.
