I currently have a townhouse in the greater heights area (off 26th and Durham) for rent. My tenants are moving out in June so before I list it on HAR/Zillow etc… wanted to see if any ags might be interested in renting it. It's a 3bed/3.5 bath freestanding house with garage in a gated community. Currently charging $3400/mo but willing to knock that down some for an interested ag! I can provide more info and pics for anyone interested.
