Seems like a good decision to leave the scene if she didn't hit anyone and the vehicle is not blocking traffic, etc. Not sure how they could prove she was drunk or cite her for DUI if she left the scene and didn't return until sober or call a tow truck to take it somewhere. Probably can get cited for smaller violations though.
Rice Military, Shady Acres and Cottage Grove problems. Haha. Literally a bar ditch.

To be fair, she's escaping the cost of a DWI for a couple Uber rides, minor car repair, and impound/towing fees. Sometimes the idiots win.
