Advice one. Assuming it's TechnipFMC. More of the local employees ( if they have tenure) will most likely be from the FMC Technologies side of the merger and I'd suggest not leaving off the FMC during the interview.

The companies formally split a few years ago into Technip Energies (onshore / offshore) or TechnipFMC (subsea and surface)

So don't say FMC if it's for the Energies company

Offshore for a number of years and then aftermarket/customer support for way too long. It was a great place to be in the early 2000s until 2012 or so. It started going down after that due to mismanagement.

Today it's a hellhole. Horribly managed by completely incompetent people.

I had four friends that were there and really liked it 5+ years ago. All of them are now gone and none of them regret it.....
