I guess one way to lower the prison population, is to just kill off the inmates. More tax dollars to criminal families.
Harris County might need a new tax to cover all these lawsuits.

This is on the tail of the state saying that conditions in the Harris County jail were unacceptable and needed to be dealt with. HC sheriff and Dora declined to go to the meeting the state prior board requested their presence at. Shea gonna need a new script of Adderall.
