It's a concierge service. They buy in bulk to get cheaper prices than what you can get from energy ogre and similar places that just show you what's available l. They monitor your plan and sign you up for new ones when you're due. You don't have to worry about the month to month charges because you forgot to change your plan. Their prices are cheap in comparison to anything else. I've been with them a good while and I don't think twice about my electric bill.
So do you pay Thigbe direct, or do you pay the electric company? I see they have a .004/kWh charge for their services, so does everything go through them or is it two bills?
Ok, so you kick them $10 a month roughly to handle things for you. Do they tend to sign you up for annual plans, multi-year plans, or shorter term? Do they swap plans midway and deal with cancelation fees, or do you keep whatever plan to term? I ask because I've got to deal with this in July.
