How much is everyone paying for a weekly Pool service cleaning and paying $200 a month and feel like I have to be on the very high side

What size of pool? I may need that phone number. Seems like $180 ish is the going rate for most companies around here.

Pool is like 31x17 I think... give or take a foot
Everyone I talk to says it's better to just move to a house with a pool rather than building one.Brittmoore Car Club said:
Geez, so not only is the most basic pool like $80k nowadays, it's roughly $200/mo just to keep clean, and then I am assuming you have to budget at least $1,000 per year for maintenance/parts replacement?
I will keep all of this in mind this June/July when the wife inevitably starts trying to pitch me on getting one. I'd love to, but geez it's not cheap. Then there's the fact that it's really only pleasant and refreshing from about late April to end of July. I am assuming October is a solid pool month as well?
You can have all that with a boat and you aren't stuck with it when you move on to the next thing.TRIDENT said:
More time surrounded by wet bikinis and a cold snack in your hand = priceless!
