Automatic Gate Company just did ours. Same guy also owns Advanced Fences. Would recommend. Was installed this weekend.

Definitely go with a Liftmaster controller with MyQ.

Very much agree with the MyQ / Liftmaster. I also opted for the mag lock. There's no budge if trying to pull the gate open while it's closed.

Automatic Gate Company quoted me a similar setup. I wanted the mag lock to prevent somebody trying to squeeze through and screwing up the gate.

What power source did you go with?

We used Brian Erwin and his guys from Bayou City Fence a few years back for an automatic sliding wooden gate. Super responsive and loved the end end result.
