Art Vandelay?

We talked/had a basic evaluation with brickmoon about updating our home right before covid. Ended up moving so we didn't use them but they seemed very knowledgeable and like they would have been good to work with

Hired Todd Rice. Wasn't his fault, but we changed directions and went remodel instead of new build once we were halfway thru design. We really liked him and thought he did a great job. He's decisive, direct, used space very well, and what I really liked was his protection of making smart investment decisions (not too custom or off the wall designs), thinking about a future sale of the home. I would go without hesitation back to him.

What could I expect someone to charge to design a master suite addition? Nothing fancy. Doorway cut into existing exterior wall and then hallway, bedroom, bathroom, and study.

Find a retiree who still likes to dabble for $1000. Or just hand it over to your general contractor and let them design it. Or, just go spend a bunch of money. Your choice.

I haven't used Brickmoon - but talked to them and liked them. Some of the builders that I know work with them and would recommend them.
