Looking for a post child upgrade. We prefer central or south of the city but will make the drive for the right surgeon, of course. Not getting pics, obviously, but here is what comes up when you google Houston breast implants. Thanks in advance.

Dr. Lind (Lind Institute of Plastic Surgery) in The Woodlands/Spring did my abdominoplasty. I cannot recommend him enough. I did not have a breast augmentation, but that is what he's "known" for. His work is good. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, if I wanted that surgery.

I also know several people who love Dr. Cho with Integrated Aesthetics, also in Spring.

Also, for many women, breast implants are not a one and done. Depending on her age, she might need one or two revisions as she and the implants age.

If your surgeon is not upfront and honest with you about this, find another surgeon.

All of my GFs with implants said they had no idea when they got them done that they would probably have to have surgery again.

Then my best suggestion is to convince your wife/GF to go for a consultation. My dr plays a never-ending loop of boob jobs on the digital picture frames that are in every exam room. You'll see every kind of boob you can imagine while waiting!

Drs Lind and Sukkar are leading here. Prior to posting this thread, I had looked at probably 2 dozen other surgeons and those 2 are by far the best if you are judging strictly on their before and after photos and I anticipate making appointments with both. I still need to look at the other Dr. that TXTransplant posted, but as it stands, those 2 are the front runners.

Just know many boob jobs end up being Christmas presents for your wife's next husband. I don't know why but have heard this tale a lot from other guys. Good luck.

2 for 2 on girls I know with fakers getting divorced within a year of surgery.

I honestly don't understand the allure. I'd rather have a real ant bite than a fake DD, just like I'd rather play Augusta National at its lowest point than play a replica in pristine condition

IMO, all surgery looks it's best when clothed (even if scantily). Once naked, even the best tummy tuck, boob job, and lipo will have scars and imperfections. Surgery tends to be much more obvious and not as attractive when it's not hidden by bra tops and bikini bottoms (or airbrushed photos).
