Yep. But legally. It'll still hit on drug tests as marijuana because your everyday drug test looks for THC and the tests don't differentiate between Delta 8 and Delta 9 (Found in pot) THC.

Pretty much every "head shop" / "smoke shop" all over Texas sells it now. The most variety I've seen is at Urban Flower down off 45 near Wayside.

CBD Apothecary on Kirby has a 10 count bag of 50mg watermelon gummies for $40 a bag. And one is enough. It's recommended to start with 1/2 and see how you do.
