If you can get the end of a 2x4 under the low side you can use it as a lever to lift up one section of sidewalk at a time and backfill under it.

I got branches that have unleveled so it's gonna be some serious work. Mr Sidewalks quote is a lot.

I recommend Sidewalks, Sidewalks, Sidewalks.

Much better pricing than Sidewalk City and Sideways Sidewalks from Wayside School.
