My wife and I are in search of a nanny available in the cottage grove/heights area for 3 days a week for a 5 month old. Does anyone know someone available who they could recommend?

It would be 2-3 variable weekdays, cash, 9-10 hours at preferably $17-18 an hour.

If I know plenty in advance I can make it a little less variable requesting to work on certain days for my job.

Make it $17-$18 per minute and I'm there.

So we are currently having issues with our nanny not showing up for multiple weeks. Now is saying she possibly has a broken arm. I don't even know what to do with that.

You might try The Nanny League. Have a few friends that have used it to find personal nannies as well as cost-sharing.

That's because no one wants to work variable days. No consistency. You can't plan your life.

Pick three days a week and I bet you get some consistency.
