Posted on a thread with a similar topic in Real Estate, but doesn't look like it's getting much action so posting here as well.

Looking to talk to a custom home builder in the NW Houston area. No idea where to start, I of course can google but would like any personal recommendations as well.

I can only comment with who I've had experience with, but Sierra Classic built my parents house and their neighbor, they both gave them an F after the whole process was done.

We used Partners in Building, and it worked out really well for us (the normal amount of bumps along the way). We had a great construction manager which helped the process a ton.

My dad & I build custom homes. We'll shoot you straight. We've also done smaller homes (1500 sq ft) which a lot of other guys won't touch.

Big and small we build it all. 50 years of combined construction experience.
