CONSTABLES SHUT DOWN LOCAL MASSAGE PARLOR.

On May 1, 2019, Investigators with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted an investigation into alleged prostitution at the Top Care Foot Reflexology Spa located in the 11900 block of Jones Road.

While posing as customers, Constable Investigators were offered sex and/or sex acts for a fee by two employees of the establishment identified as Xingcui Zhai and Chunping Gu.

Xingcui Zhai and Chunping Gu were both arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Prostitution. Xingcui Zhai received a $100.00 bond out of County Court 14 and Chunping Gu received a $500.00 bond out of County Court 11 based on two previous prostitution arrests.

Three people were arrested at a massage parlor in west Houston, according to authorities.

The owner and two women were taken into custody at the Era Thai Massage parlor at 7951 Katy Freeway on Thursday night.

They said they raided the business after learning that a woman was being held against her will and was being forced into sex trafficking.
