We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst here in the Houston area. You will be responsible for preparing the quarterly/annual reports (10Q/10K), financial statement analysis and technical accounting research. Our client is also located on the west side of Houston, so anyone living in the Katy/Westchase area would find this commute ideal. Job Qualifications/Skills

• 4-7 years of Big Four/public accounting experience or 4-7 years of experience in the O&G industry
• SEC reporting experience
• CPA or CPA in process (i.e. parts passed)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
