Gary Trichter is what I hear from a family member that's a connected lawyer. One buddy hired Tyler Flood and 'only' got 6 years (paroled in 9 months but that was a different lawyer) for 3 convictions (and maybe 6 total) DWIs. Another friend hired another guy in the Heights and got off of 2 for technicalities & lost evidence but I don't remember his name.
Also, Tyler Flood will accept classic cars as payment.

Theissen will likely own you off on one of his associates. My vote is Paul Darrow. My lawyer buddy I grew up with says Trichter too but he's gonna cost the most

3 or so were in CS around 2000 and he was getting $5k a month settlement money so he just partied the whole time.

Represent yourself, and ask for the DIVERT program, if you're in a court with a judge that accepts it.
Will save you an insane amount of money, and ultimately get the charge dismissed.

I was on a jury that Mark Theissen tried. He was abrasive but clearly good at what he did.
We found his guy not guilty

My apologies if it did. For many, it definitely served it purpose, but it definitely had its fair share of critics.

I had a good experience with Mark Thiessen under some pretty bad circumstances. I'd say he was present in 30% of my court dates (resets) but was fully prepared to go to trial when the time came (we ended up settling).

I do DWIs. Just left the DAs Office from being a prosecutor to go into criminal defense.

Holy crud did that instantly remind me of one of my Econ profs tests....he would have multiple choice exactly as above. I remember his test scores would average around 30's....so the curve would make a 30 about a "B" in his class.Aggiemike96 said:
