Anyone know how I can get contact information (phone number) for the owner of a property? The house next door was a rental property so I've never had a chance to meet the owner. The house was recently demolished and I would like to get in contact with the owner to discuss replacing the practically non-existing fence between our properties. I figure I'm probably on my own to replace the fence but would like to attempt contacting the owner first. Thanks

Go to HCAD.org and look up the owner by address. As far as finding a phone number, take that info and see if Google returns anything. You could also check LinkedIn. This is all assuming the owner isn't named Mike Smith or something common.

Also, hcad will show where the tax bill is mailed. Worst case, you can mail the owner a letter
