The best theater in the city, by far, is the Sundance downtown.

Hard to best studio movie grille in city centre. Can eat and drink in the movie, also lots of bars and restaurants in city centre.

Sundace is about 1000% better than Studio Movie Grille. You can eat and drink at Sundance too, but the theater is an actual theater and not a big room with tables and office chairs. Also they have better booze including a decent craft beer selection.

I watch all my movies at Alamo Drafthouse in Vintage park. Great craft beers on tap, full bar, good food, and some other nice restaurants in the area.

Harlow's at Edwards happy hour is decent. Wife and I usually go there before a 7-7:30p movie on Fridays. $2 drafts and appetizers. Plus with Fandango's current BOGO promo, it's a pretty cheap date.

This. I hate going to Studio Movie Grill for this reason.
